Zebulon Municipal Complex

Renovation and complete interior fit-up of two historic school buildings to become the Town of Zebulon's new Town Hall (18,000 SF) and Police Station (13,500 SF).

McKenna Construction Company, Inc. was awarded the 2009 Anthemion Award from Capital Area Preservation for this project.  The Anthemion Award recognizes outstanding dedication and commitment to excellence in historic preservation in Wake County, NC.
